Jika Anda menggunakan lebih dari 1 LNB, maka Anda akan menggabungkan kabel Coax dari  LNB ke switch 4x1 (DiSEqC Switch).

Switch biasanya digunakan di luar rumah, Anda tinggal memasukkan setiap kabel LNB ke DiSEqC Switch pada port 1, 2, 3, 4 dan outputnya  yang akan masuk ke receiver Anda. setelah itu anda tinggal mengatur parameter satelit sesuai dengan Posisi LNB (misal: Port 1 Palapa 113.0°E, Port 2 Telkom-108.2°E, Port 3 Asiasat-3 105.5°E, Port 4 Asiasat-5 100.5°E

Basic Interoperable Scrambling System, usually known as BISS, is a satellite signal scrambling system developed by the European Broadcasting Union and a consortium of hardware manufacturers.
Prior to its development, "ad-hoc" or "Occasional Use" satellite news feeds were transmitted either using proprietary encryption methods (eg RAS, or PowerVu), or without any encryption. Unencrypted satellite feeds allowed anyone with the correct equipment to view the program material.
